Darcy grew up in North East Victoria. She completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and Politics) and was admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria in 2024. Prior to joining FNLRS, Darcy worked at the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Ginnane and the Honourable Justice Woodward, and as a staffer to Senator Jana Stewart, Mutthi Mutthi and Wamba Wamba woman, Senator for Victoria.
Darcy has a keen interest in energy and resources law, including its intersection with native title, and wrote her minor thesis on Australia’s carbon capture and storage regulatory and policy framework.
Outside of work, Darcy enjoys hiking, skiing, and long-distance running.
