Toby is a proud Wadi Wadi, Yitha Yitha, Tatti Tatti, and Wemba Wemba man based in Swan Hill. He is honoured to serve as an Aboriginal Community Liaison Officer at First Nations Legal and Research Services. His role allows him to deeply connect with community members and elders, whose wisdom and guidance he greatly values. A highlight for Toby is the group dynamics of the community meetings, as they foster a collaborative spirit and collective engagement that are essential to our work.
Toby is passionate about ensuring that the right people are recognised for their connections to Country, a critical aspect of the native title sector. Additionally, he handles the logistics of meetings, supporting with accommodation, meal arrangements, and all-around background work to ensure everything runs smoothly.
He is committed to upholding and advocating for the rights and traditions of First Nations peoples and is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for all involved.
